Synopsis: Roughly a year after his arrival at Mihama, Yuuji makes the unexpected decision to pursue promotion within CIRS. The action resumes with Yuuji in a meeting with JB at “corporate HQ,” discussing the documents he submitted for review as a part of the promotion process—said documents pertaining to none other than Yuuji’s own past. Meanwhile, back at the dorm, the girls find themselves unwittingly following along after Sachi and Makina restore the shredded rough draft of said documents.
The irony, of course, being that prominent figures in Yuuji’s past may just be continuing to exert their influence upon the present… [Source: myanimelist.net]
Grisaia no Meikyuu is basically about the main protagonist, Kazama Yuuji, telling his past to JB as part of the promotion process. Starting off with a bit of action, where Kazama Yuuji displayed superb abilities as a sniper.
From a distance of two thousand meters in foggy conditions, he successfully incapacitated the terrorist who was holding onto the hostage.
And so, we have our hostage rescued. Believe it or not, it’s Tachibana Chizuru. Often mistaken for a junior school girl, which includes Yuuji.
Well, on to Yuuji’s past. We can see their family portrait and their house. Yuuji also revealed the pain of living alongside his talented sister, while he was just an average kid with no specific talent.
We also get to see a little bit of fan-servicing, where Kazuki and Yuuji bathed together.
It was revealed that Kazuki has romantic feelings for Yuuji. She’s wary about the limitations of incest, but… Love is free, right?
Grisaia originated from an adult visual novel, so if you want to see them going further from where the H-scenes, then go get the game and play it. Psssst… there’s a gallery of the game somewhere on the internet, use the man’s best friend. Google.
After a series of tragic happenings, he lost both of his parents, and was adopted by one of his dad’s patrons, Kirihara or Heath Oslo, who used to buy Kazuki’s paintings.
He’s just a hell of a pervert who made Yuuji dress up like Kazuki though.
Heath Oslo enrolled Yuuji into a terrorist training camp he organized himself. That’s when Yuuji discovered his abilities as a sniper.
Carrying out several assassination missions, yet no one could find out the killer’s identity. His identity remained a mystery, until one night…
Heath Oslo’s mansion was raided by the CIAS, and they discovered Yuuji who was locked up underground in the mansion.
And thus, the fated meeting of Yuuji and his mentor, Asako.
And then, we’re brought back to the dormitory. Apparently, Yuuji who was supposedly careful and took the initiative to destroy the drafts which contained his heroic/tragic past written down. However, Sachi pieced the shredded pieces together, and read through it.
Feeling guilty, she got the rest of the girls involved — though it was mainly their choice in being a part of it. Yuuji who is always careful, made a grave mistaken this time…
