Anime : Seiken Tsukai no World Break
Genres : Action, Fantasy, Romance, School, Harem, Supernatural
Synopsis : The series takes place in a private high school involving the concept of “saviors.” They are known as people who possess awakened memories of their past lives. The story tells of a young boy named Moroha Haimura who comes to this private school.
At the school, there are two types of people: Saviors, who fight enemies with weapons and techniques gleaned from the Puraana powers from their own bodies, and Kuroma, who wipe out enemies with magic to manipulate the Maana powers that surpass physics. Moroha Haimura is the first person with past lives of both Saviors and Kuroma. [Source:myanimelist.net]
Seiken Tsukai no World Break has an interesting prologue. A common method, but yet always addictive. Using “past-lives” as their supply of power, it is a rather unique story plot, but I feel that they shouldn’t have shown the final battle from the start. Watching that little “spoiler” gives nothing but a cliché opening. We now all know that this main character is just some bastard that can’t possibly lose in a fight, cool.
Having one past-life is already considerably lucky right? I mean, you somewhat resurrect from the dead! But what happens when you have two past-lives?
Alright, so Haimura Moroha, the male protagonist of Seiken Tsukai no World Break has two past-lives. Not only that, he was a siscon knight and an extremely badass dark mage. Hmm… so what happens when both past-lives comes together to form the current him?
Guess we have to continue watching to find out!
All in all, I feel that the Seiken Tsukai no World Break is one of the animes to be followed for this season as the story plot has the potential, excluding the many many unnecessary ecchi scenes though. I will be doing a review when it’s completed so stay tuned guys!
